Lawyer Hou's professional fields include maritime cargo transportation contracts, marine insurance, ship collisions, salvage and salvage operations, compensation for marine pollution damage, international trade, logistics, civil and commercial law, etc.


Lawyer Hou graduated from Dalian Maritime University and Shanghai Maritime University with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Economics, and a PhD in Engineering.
