Ms. Yang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in Civil and Commercial Law. She has a systematic theoretical foundation in civil and commercial law and an in-depth understanding of the legal application in core areas including Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Labor and Social Security Law.
